Guest Policy

By becoming a guest on the Shortlet App platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

• Guests must provide accurate personal details and complete payment before confirmation.
• Payments are securely processed through Shortlet.app.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified in the listing.
• Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

3. House Rules

• Guests must follow the host’s house rules, including restrictions on smoking, pets, and parties.
• Violation of house rules may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Guests must review the cancellation policy before booking.
• Refunds are processed according to the host’s selected cancellation policy.

5. Respect for Property & Neighbors

• Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition.
• Noise levels should be kept low, especially in residential areas.

6. Damage & Liability

• Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay.
• Security deposits may be used to cover repair costs.

7. Reporting Issues

• Guests should report any problems (e.g., maintenance issues) to the host immediately.
• Shortlet.app provides support for urgent cases if the host is unresponsive.

8. No Unauthorized Guests

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property unless the host approves additional visitors.

9. Fraud & Misuse

• Any fraudulent activity, including false identities or chargebacks, will result in account suspension.

10. Reviews & Feedback

• Guests are encouraged to leave honest reviews after their stay.
• Abusive or misleading reviews may be removed.
